Shipping Time
Once an order is placed on our portal/website/jarivan.com, we ship by our logistic partner. The shipment will reach the customer within 7-8 days across India.
Shipping Cost
Once you buy any product from our portal/website/jarivan.com
The shipping cost is:
- up to 999/- is 80/-
- 1000/- to 1499/- is 120/-
- 1500/- to 2499/- is 150/-
- 2500/- and above is Free.
Shipment Lost
We ship the order by a trusted logistic partner. If the shipment is lost we are not responsible for that once tracking details are provided.
Shipment Received with Other Item
We make video while packing the item. If you received any other item we are not responsible. Once you receive the product, make video while unboxing it.
Shipment Damage
We ship the order in proper packing and by through checking. Even if it found having manufacturing defects then mail us with proper photograph on the same date of receiving the item. You need to send that product/item to our office address. The reshipment courier cost of a product from the user side will be paid by us/jarivan.com. We send again the new shipment by our shipping cost.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship the product across India. We do not ship products outside India. So do not buy if your country location is not India.
Return and Exchange of Product
Once you buy the product from us. We only accept return products if it’s damaged/not stitched/not pasted/open parcels. And we ship the new replacement. So there is no return only replacement.
Note: We are not accepting orders as COD(cash on delivery).
